When you’re ready to enrol your child at Lord Howe Island Central School there is a short checklist of documents required to finalise the enrolment application:
Original Birth Certificate
Current Immunisation Record and
2x Proof of Residential Address. We ask for at least one fixed utility bill (gas, electricity, water); as well as either a second utility bill, a current lease agreement, or a current council rates notice.
We encourage parents to discuss any medical conditions or other special circumstances with us before your child starts school. As outlined below, please contact the school if you are looking to make an Out of Area application.
Application forms must be completed in English. However, a translated application to enrol may help you to fill out the form in English.
